James 1:19 My dear brothers and sisters, take note of this: Everyone should be quick to listen, slow to speak and slow to become angry.
Today started off as a day of hopeful research. I started down the rabbit hole early and then my daughter woke up (:
We ended up spending time talking and doing stuff on the computer so I put my work aside for a while. Then when she left I started to work again. However, I became overwhelmed quickly. I was researching how this group of lawyers is basically taking COVID to court. They believe the PCR tests are being used wrong, that they are not testing specifically for SARS-CoV-2. I do believe that our government is capable of doing this to us for money and control and it is sad to think that this could be true but all the evidence I have found (see my other blog, My Human Genome Research, Dec) tells me it is quite possible.
How dare them destroy people’s lives and take their freedoms. If they are embellishing the numbers they are guilty of murder and theft.
If they are causing civil unrest, which seems obvious to me, they are again guilty of murder and theft.
People have been so scared and depressed from both the unrest and COVID that the suicide rates have gone up dramatically. The age range for those killing themselves is 9 years old to 57 and the oldest was a police chief.
People are losing their businesses and their homes. Others who came here from other countries like Russia are speaking up warning us that we are heading down a bad road. People are being isolated, we are being destroyed from within.
The enemy is out to seek, kill and destroy (John 10:10) and we are letting him.
We are all up in arms and fighting with one another…. We are not being slow to speak and quick to listen. We leap in our anger.
Without God’s help we can only hold our tongue for a while but our hearts will never rest. We will always be anxious to prove others wrong and retaliate when we are hurt. We will never turn the other cheek without him (Matthew 5: 38-40) and we will continue to fall.
Without God’s help we act like the enemy because his spirit is in this world (Ephesians 2:2). We will eventually feel defeated which is where they want us. They want us to be separated so we are not strong.
What if we all were slow to get angry and we heard each other? What is we stopped giving into our preconceived ideas of others by what we are being told and shown? What if we admitted our wrong doing and forgave ourselves and others? How do we start a revival in the world? How do we come alongside each other and stand united in this fight, no matter how it ends?
